  • From January to March of this year, there were 874 Active Listings on the market in the Rochester Residential area which is down from last year's total of 896. There were 612 New Listings that went on the market this past quarter - also down from last year's number of 647 homes. A total of 391 homes were sold compared to last year’s similar number of 388.

  • The Average List Price in the Rochester Residential area in Quarter one was $397,533 - up from last years price of $349,262. The Average Sale Price was $265,006 up from 2017's first quarter at $239,917.

  •  From January to March, the average number of days on the market was 54 days at an absorption rate of 1.48 months
