Thinking about joining the Kasson, Minnesota community? Here are some reasons why you should!

Kasson-Mantorville School

The Kasson-Mantorville School District has 3 separate buildings, one for elementary, a middle school and a high school.

The Elementary School is ranked in the 99 percentile in Minnesota for high student achievement. In 2012 and 2013, it was named by the Minnesota Department of Education as a "Minnesota Reward School" which recognizes the top performing schools in the state. Kasson-Mantorville middle school students have the chance to participate in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math) through Project Lead the Way.

Historic Places

The 1918 Public School building has been put on the National Register of Historical Places along with the Jacob Leuthold Jr. house (built in 1905), the Eureka Hotel (built in 1894), the Kasson Municipal buildling (built in 1917), and the 1895 Kasson water tower.

The public school was Kasson's only place of education from the years of 1918 to 1954 for elementary to high school. It was also a place for teacher training, agricultural education, public health services and community events. The water tower has a limestone base and is south-central Minnesota's only unchanged water tower. 1918 Kasson Minnesota School Building

Aquatic Center

The Kasson Aquatic Center isn't just any old pool. There's waterslides! "Funbrella" rentals! Water aerobics! And so much more. The Aquatic Center has two pools: one for play, and one for laps. Sign up for swim lessons - either for your little ones, or even for the Red Cross. You can even rent out the place for parties.
